DESCRIPTION:(English description below) Dieses meetup ist der Arbeit an Open-Source-Projekten gewidmet, um der Gemeinschaft etwas zurückzugeben. Mit anderen Worten: Wir bringen Dinge upstream. Das kann alles mögliche sein, zum Beispiel Code, Dokumentation, Artwork, Übersetzungen, Bug-Reports, Tests, Supporttickets, Infrastruktur, etc. Unsere Idee ist es, der Gemeinschaft etwas zurückzugeben, also stellen wir den Veranstaltungsort, Getränke und Essen zur Verfügung, und du stellst die Projekte und deine Schaffenskraft. Natürlich bist du auch willkommen, wenn du dich nur für Open Source interessierst, aber kein bestimmtes Projekt im Sinn hast. Egal, ob du schon lange dabei bist oder zum ersten Mal bei einem Projekt mithelfen willst, du bist herzlich eingeladen mitzumachen. Bring aber bitte deinen eigenen Laptop mit. Wir treffen uns alle sechs Wochen im ZAM. — An Open Source Contribution Session is a gathering dedicated to work on open source projects in order to give back to the community. In other words, we get things upstream. This includes, but not limited to code, documentation, artwork, translation, bug reporting/triaging, testing, user support, infrastructure, and so on. Our idea is to give back to the community, so we provide the venue, drinks and food, and you provide the projects and (wo)manpower. Of course, if you’re just interested in open source, but don’t have a specific project in mind, you’re also welcome. No matter if you are already a long term contributor, or trying to help out a project for the first time, feel free to join us. This is meeting takes place every six weeks.
