Summer break 🍹🏕️ from August 1

In August, ZAM takes a summer break, which does not mean that it is closed, but that there are fewer opening hours and workshops. In September we will resume our full opening hours. An overview of the opening hours from September 1st can be found below.

Workshop opening times are generally supervised times (i.e. volunteers are available). Workshops are subject to a fee (exception: tinkering workshop), a first visit is possible free of charge in all workshops. It is best to come at the beginning of the opening hours, there is usually a short introduction. As a general rule, projects should be planned so that they can be completed or interrupted, packed up, and tidied away by the end of opening hours.

The open main building is accessible free of charge. Here, and in the tinkering workshop, a consumer-free exchange is possible, as well as an exhibition on “Making in Erlangen” and art and technology objects from the ZAM environment.
