    Workshop opening hours are supervised times (i.e. volunteers are available). Workshops are subject to a fee (exception: tinkering workshop), a first visit is possible free of charge in all workshops. It is best to come at the beginning of the opening hours, there is usually a short introduction. As a general rule, projects should be planned so that they can be completed or interrupted, packed up, and tidied away by the end of opening hours.     The open main building is accessible free of charge. Here, and in the tinkering workshop, a consumer-free exchange is possible, as well as an exhibition on “Making in Erlangen” and art and technology objects from the ZAM environment.
